1. PLACING YOUR ORDER
By submitting an order to subscribe you are making an offer to the magazine publisher to subscribe to that magazine. The publisher may accept or reject your offer in its entire discretion. The publisher or its fulfilment agent will contact you by post or e-mail to confirm or refuse your order, in most cases within 14 days of your order. If you do not receive any such confirmation please contact Push Hockey Ltd.

2. CONTRACTING PARTY
Once payment has been received and the first issue, free gift(s) and welcome letter sent to you the contractual obligations will arise. The contractual obligation will be between you and PUSH Hockey Ltd.

3. INFORMATION
Every effort is taken to ensure that the information on the site is accurate. Push Hockey Ltd may update or correct the information at any time. If there has been a mistake in the price offered Push Hockey Ltd may contact you to confirm whether or not you wish to subscribe at the correct price. You should check that the price quoted by Push Hockey Ltd in its confirmation of acceptance of your order is the price you were expecting to pay.

4. PRICE
Prices quoted on the site include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable) unless stated otherwise.

5. PAYMENT
Push Hockey Ltd will when confirming that it has accepted your order will debit the appropriate sum. All subscriptions taken on the website will automatically be on a recurring payment basis until cancelled by the buyer.

6. RECURRING BILLING VIA VISA AND MASTERCARD
If you have taken out a subscription via VISA or MASTERCARD the following conditions will apply.
PUSH will notify you of any payments that are due to be taken from your account no less than 14 days before the transaction is due to take place. PUSH will also ensure that claims made comply with the terms of the authority given by the card holder and are timed to ensure that the entry appears on the card holder's account no later than 7 business days after the agreed date. Cancelations will be actioned immediately and no further payments will taken. If your card changes or has a charge back we will contact you to obtain a new authority.

7. DELIVERY
After your subscription has been set up, Push Hockey Ltd will deliver or arrange for delivery of your magazine to you as soon as is practical in its publication runs and will use reasonable efforts to make sure that any concerns are dealt with. If at any time during your subscription you change your address you should notify Push Hockey Ltd directly by email, phone or letter.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Any cancellations need to be made by contacting Push Hockey Ltd by post before the date of the subscription renewal. If you have received a free gift with your subscription and then wish to cancel or apply for a refund you will be required to return the gift unused at your own cost. The cancellation period is in accordance with English Law and does not affect your statutory rights.

9. EXTERNAL LINKS
This site may contain links to other web sites operated by third parties ("linked sites"). You acknowledge that Push Hockey Ltd does not endorse any linked site and is not responsible for any content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites. Nothing contained in this site is intended to be advice on any particular matter.

10. ENDORSEMENT
Reference to, or inclusion on this site of, any third party's product does not constitute endorsement by Push Hockey Ltd of such third party or the quality or content of its product.

11. PROMOTIONS
When taking out a subscription with a promotion the repeat billing rate will be the same as the first payment unless otherwise stated.
